Answers to the most common questions about our services and process.

Services & Scope

Six fixed-scope web design services: Custom Website Design, Landing Page Design, Brand Identity & Visual System, E-Commerce Store Design, Website Redesign, and UI Component Library. Each service has a defined scope and fixed price. Prices are published on the Pricing page.
No. All services produce design files in Figma. Development — coding the site — is a separate project. We produce developer-ready files with full annotations. Your developer implements from those files. If you need development, we can recommend developers on request.
Up to 8 unique page designs. Additional pages are quoted separately at a per-page rate. If your site needs more than 8 pages, contact us before booking for a custom quote.
All deliverables are Figma files. We also provide exported PNG and SVG assets where relevant. For Brand Identity projects, we additionally provide SVG, PNG (transparent background), PDF, and EPS logo files.

Pricing & Payment

Yes. All prices are in EUR. Spanish IVA (21%) is not included in published prices. IVA applies at invoice stage for applicable clients.
Yes. The package builder lets you select a primary service and add optional extras. You can also add consulting hours. The total is calculated live on the builder page.
Payment is via Stripe Checkout, which supports all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Stripe processes the payment securely. We do not handle card details directly.
Not currently. Full payment is required upfront before work begins. This protects both parties and ensures the project timeline is firm.

Process & Timeline

From the date we receive your completed project brief, not from the date of payment. Delivery timelines published on service pages are business days.
You must provide draft content — headings, main body text, product descriptions, whatever applies to your project. We do not write content unless copywriting is selected as an add-on. Without content, work cannot start.
One revision round per project. The revision window is 5 business days from the date of delivery. Requests submitted after this window are quoted as new scope.
Changes outside scope are quoted and invoiced separately before being implemented. We will always tell you when a request is outside scope before proceeding.

Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are available within 48 hours of payment if no work has started. Once the project brief has been received and work has begun, refunds are not available. See the Refund Policy for full details.
If you cancel after work has started, you will receive the files produced to that point. No refund is due once the brief has been received and design work has begun.
If the deliverable genuinely does not match the agreed brief, we will revise it at no additional cost. This is covered by the revision round. If you believe there is a material breach, contact us in writing.
