You receive a confirmation email within minutes of payment. The project brief template arrives within 1 business day. The template asks the right questions so we do not waste time going back and forth on basic context that should have been agreed upfront.

Complete the brief

Complete and return the project brief template. This document is important. We cannot start design work without a completed brief. The delivery timeline starts from the date we receive your completed brief, not from the date of payment.

The brief asks for business goals, target audience notes, competitor examples, brand guidelines if they exist, and any technical constraints. For web design projects, it also asks for content: page headings, main text, product or service descriptions. If you do not have final copy, provide draft copy. We cannot write the copy for you unless copywriting is added as an add-on.

Mid-point check

For projects with a delivery timeline of 10 days or more, a mid-point check-in is included. We share work in progress for directional review before committing to final designs.

This is not a full revision round. It is a directional check to catch any major misalignment before final designs are complete. For shorter projects, work proceeds without interruption and the completed design is delivered in full.

Design delivery

You receive the complete Figma design files. For web projects, this includes all pages in desktop, tablet, and mobile views. All components are annotated. Developer handover notes are included.

One revision round is included in every project. The revision window opens on the day of delivery. You have 5 business days to submit revision requests. Requests submitted after this window are treated as new scope.

Revision round

We review your feedback and implement all in-scope revisions. Revisions that fall outside the agreed scope are quoted separately. Revised files are delivered within 3 business days of receiving feedback.

Scope-compliant revisions are changes to the design within the brief. Changes to the content, new pages not in the original brief, or structural changes that require redesigning sections from scratch are outside scope.

Project close

Final annotated files delivered. Developer handover notes finalized. Project closed. No ongoing obligations.

After handover, we do not have a formal support period. If you need implementation support, additional design work, or consulting after delivery, these are available at the published hourly rate. We are happy to continue working with clients on follow-up scopes.
